The thunderbolt ports suddenly stopped working over the weekend, couldn't even charge my macbook pro. I took it in Monday morning and they left a voicemail later that day with the problem/solution. They had the part ordered and installed - and here I am, just two days later typing this review on my fixed mac. Very polite people, place is clean and organized. I would certainly go back for any tech issues and/or buying new products! Thank you!

I just recently purchased a new 8th Generation IPAD and not having been and iPhone user was lost when I tried to utilize it.
