How Much Does it Cost?

There is no charge for warranty repairs. If your Apple device is covered under Apple’s limited warranty or AppleCare+ (a service fee may apply for accidental damage replacements like liquid spills or dropped devices).

How do I get Service?

Our service center operates on a first come, first served basis. Upon your arrival, we will promptly assess the issue and gather your contact information, a process that typically takes about 10 minutes.

Next, we’ll diagnose and troubleshoot the problem on your computer, which will be placed on our workbench. After this initial process, we’ll provide you with a cost estimate for the repair and any recommended additional measures. You can then decide whether to proceed with the repair or decline it. In the event of a decline, it may take us an hour or two to reassemble your machine.

The third step is to wait for any necessary parts to arrive, which typically takes 1-2 days. We’ll notify you on the day the parts arrive and proceed with the installation. After installation, we’ll thoroughly test the part to ensure the issue has been fixed. Once confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup.

Our repair process generally takes between 1-3 days, depending on how quickly we can acquire the necessary parts.

Service Labor Rates

All service work performed by MacDoctors Service Department comes with a 90 day limited parts and labor warranty.

There are, however, some reasonable restrictions and exceptions to this warranty: Damages that result from spills, drops, or (in the case of viruses, spyware, adware, and other infectious agents out of our control) re-infection, or other accidental (or intentional) damage are not covered by the 90-day warranty.
